About Our Founder

Rodney Ammons, our founder, has been working in the footwear business for over fifty years and along the way worked for and learned from, some of the top designers and Best companies in the Industry. In 1985 he founded the Ammons Boot Company in El Paso, Texas and used his education, experience and talents to create high quality Western Boots that are timeless classics, many of which are of Heirloom designation.
